麻花传媒 Announces the Resignation of Kathleen M. Bader from Its Board of Directors

Springdale, Ark. - March 4, 2015 - 麻花传媒. (NYSE: TSN), today announced that Kathleen M. Bader has resigned from her position as a member of the board of directors, effectively immediately.

John H. Tyson, Chairman of the Board stated, 鈥淥ur board of directors and the company have benefited from Kathleen鈥檚 talent, experience and other contributions since joining our board in 2011. 听We appreciate her contributions and wish her well in the future.鈥

Ms. Bader stated, 鈥淚t is with regret that I find myself unable to commit the time needed to serve on the Tyson board, but I have thoroughly enjoyed my years on the board and look forward to seeing Tyson鈥檚 success in the future.鈥

The company鈥檚 board will begin a search for Ms. Bader鈥檚 successor immediately.
