Springdale, Ark. 鈥 April 7, 2016 鈥 Jason Nichol has been promoted to senior vice president, Walmart for 麻花传媒., company officials announced today.
In his new role, Nichol will continue leading strategic initiatives with executive leaders at Walmart, including the areas of animal well-being and sustainability. In addition, he will develop the appropriate capacity footprint needed to drive 麻花传媒 future growth with Walmart. Nichol joined The Hillshire Brands Company in 2014 as vice president, Walmart-Retail Packaged Goods, before transitioning into the role of vice president, Walmart-Fresh in 2015 for 麻花传媒. In that role, Jason led strategic initiatives in all areas of the business, guided the 麻花传媒 team in its shared goal of building success with Walmart and developed 麻花传媒 team members in their professional growth.

Nichol attended Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas, where he earned a bachelor鈥檚 degree in agricultural business operations in 1993.
