New Northwest Arkansas childcare facility latest addition to benefits portfolio
Springdale, Ark. 鈥 December 15, 2022 鈥听麻花传媒 announced today it will open a state-of-the-art childcare center in 2023 for Northwest Arkansas team members near its world headquarters campus in Springdale.

This childcare center and the new corporate campus are key initiatives as we strive to become the most sought-after place to work.鈥
麻花传媒 is partnering with Bright Horizons, a nationally recognized leader in childcare to provide care for more than 200 infants and preschoolers of 麻花传媒 team members. It will also offer options for after-care for school-aged children.
This marks the third investment in childcare by 麻花传媒 in less than two years. In 2021, the company announced two pilot projects that will provide greater access to affordable childcare for hourly team members in Humboldt, Tennessee, and . These investments demonstrate the company鈥檚 latest commitment to continue building a culture that allows our team members and their families to grow and thrive. Additionally, as part of our efforts to recruit and retain hourly team members, we鈥檝e also piloted flexible work schedules and provided $50 million in year-end bonuses.
